Power2Workers is proud to be a woman-operated organization, led by pioneers such as Margaret White and Pamela Paige, the organization’s Board Vice President. Both women bring decades of experience in workforce development and construction, with a particular focus on diversity, inclusion, and community empowerment. Their leadership ensures that Power2Workers not only provides jobs but also serves as a platform for advocacy and change within the industry.
“We are dedicated to increasing diversity in the construction field and ensuring that everyone has a chance to build a stable career,” says Pamela Paige, who has over 20 years of experience in workforce development and job creation.
Meet the Leaders Behind the Movement
At Power2Workers’ core is a dedicated team driving day-to-day success. Tlahuizolli de la Concha, Program Director, leads strategic initiatives, overseeing compliance, partnerships, and staffing. Livi Sanchez, Local Hire Compliance Manager, excels at matching individuals with jobs while ensuring compliance, helping candidates thrive. Cory Hyde, Placement Manager, builds relationships with unions and contractors to meet local hiring goals.
Ever Diaz, Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, connects workers with opportunities through community outreach. Compliance is managed by Wendy Espinoza and Johana Escobar, ensuring hiring practices meet regulations. Clark Canez, Excel Compliance Auditor, oversees auditing standards, providing essential support.
